Ja 2

When other schools overlooked Ja, Murray State saw superstardom in the explosive point guard, a certain potential to be something special. The bunny hops. The detonative quicks. The big heart. The Racers knew greatness was in Ja’s future. All he needed was a shot to show and prove. This special design salutes Ja’s alma mater, the literal and figurative launch pad the flair-filled superstar used to launch himself into another stratosphere. With Zoom Air, his shoe supports and hyper speed and high-wire acts without sacrificing comfort, so that you can control your own destiny on the court, Ja-style.

Zoom, Zoom

A forefoot Air Zoom unit helps provide increased responsiveness and vertical acceleration.

Lighter and Lighter

We removed as much material in the arch as possible from the Ja 1 without sacrificing support, which helps reduce the overall weight of the shoe. The midsole is made to mold to your foot for better containment and support when making quick, sudden movements or running the floor with force.

Tractor-Inspired Traction

The multidirectional traction pattern pays homage to the oversized tractor tires Ja still jumps on in the Morant backyard.

Light and Breathable

Lightweight mesh offers comfort and breathability in the upper while engineered mesh on the big-toe side gives you even more breathability.

More Benefits

• Extra ankle padding gives you comfort when landing and taking off.
