Nike Free Metcon 5

When your workouts wade into the nitty gritty, the Nike Free Metcon 5 can meet you in the depths, help you dig deep to find that final ounce of force and come out of the other side on a high. Honoring the China women's national team (aka Steel Roses), we've added a romantic color palette, rose motif and "All Petals United" on the sockliner. Matching style with substance, it features forefoot flexibility with backend stability, while a revamped upper provides easier entry.

Revamped Upper

A breathable, lightweight upper has a sock-like feel, while the 7/8-length inner sleeve provides easy entry.

Stability for Strength

The wide heel creates a solid base for lifting. A softer foam core cushions your foot, while a firmer outer layer is durable and stable. Wide internal webbing distributes pressure around your midfoot for a comfortable yet secure feel during sudden stops and quick cuts.

Move Freely

Nike Free technology in the forefoot creates flexibility for agility moves like burpees, planks and sprints. Stretch around the collar lets your foot move naturally as you burst, cut and brake.

More Benefits

• Molded heel clip offers support.
• Webbing eyelets offer dynamic containment.
• Rubber tread in high-wear areas gives you durable traction.
