Nike Air Zoom Vomero 16

A trusted favorite for your daily training returns. This version adds responsive ZoomX foam cushioning to give your stride an energetic pop—perfect for high-mileage road runs. A super lightweight upper has plenty of stretch and ventilation. Looking for support? We’ve got you covered with an adjustable midfoot band and stabilizing heel clip.

A Secure Stride

We added extra support along the sides via a band at the midfoot. It works with your laces, helping you adjust how snug and secure your fit feels. There's also a clip at the heel, which helps provide stability as you run over uneven surfaces.

Cool For the Distance

We tested real runners to learn where feet need cooling most. Using that data, we put mesh in key spots (especially around the toes) to give you stretch and ventilation.

Snappy Steps

Your foot sits on Nike ZoomX, our lightest and highest energy-returning foam yet. It gives you a smooth ride from foot strike through your transition. We combined it with Zoom Air cushioning under the forefoot for a snappy, responsive feel as you push off.

More Benefits

• High-abrasion rubber at the outsole with lugs gives you durable traction.
• Plush tongue is even more padded than previous versions.
