Nike Free Metcon 4 x Russell Wilson

Your workout regimens range from the weight room to the turf fields, yoga studio and everywhere in between, just like Russell Wilson’s. This special Nike Free Metcon 4 meets your gamut of demands both inside and outside the gym, allowing athletes like you and Russell to unleash your wild side. Russell’s signature logo and big-cat prints highlight an untamed design that brings updated "chain-link" breathable material that cools and flexes as you speed through agility drills. Support at the midfoot and heel helps brace you for your heaviest sets in the weight room.

Blast from the Past

The 4 is bringing back the super-tough yet breathable material from the original version. The upper gets embellished with a Huarache-inspired strap and rubber-striped sidewall that envelops your heel to brace you for movement in any direction.

Flexibility for Speed

Nike Free technology in the forefoot creates flexibility for agility moves and sprints. Stretch around the ankle lets your foot move naturally as you burst, cut and brake.

Stability for Strength

The wide heel creates a solid base for lifting. A softer foam core cushions your foot, while a firmer outer layer is durable and stable. Wide internal webbing distributes pressure around your midfoot for a comfortable yet locked-in feel during sudden stops and quick cuts.

More Benefits

• Rubberized logo at the tongue nods to the Huarache of the early '90s.
• Rubber tread in high-wear areas gives you durable traction.
