Nike Air Zoom Tempo NEXT% Flyknit

While these speedsters could easily pass the test on race day, they double as your go-to shoe for training too. A supportive fit and soft yet snappy cushioning help make them comfortable enough to withstand those double-digit mileage days and light enough to help you quicken your tempo when the time is right. Super-responsive ZoomX foam gives you a smooth ride from beginning to end while bold colors bring fresh energy to your runs.

Zoom Forward

Nike ZoomX foam in the footbed delivers high energy return. Visible Zoom Air units provide responsive cushioning to give you an additional spring as you push off. Nike React technology is a lightweight and durable foam that delivers a smooth ride and helps cushion your foot when it hits the pavement.

Runner-Informed Traction

Using data from hundreds of runners, we placed traction where your foot needs it most to give you grip on multiple surfaces.

Fast Fit

A translucent Flyknit upper provides breathability in areas where your foot heats up most. It uses strong, stretchy yarns to create a lightweight yet supportive feel with every mile.
