A survivor of anomalous aortic origin of the left coronary artery and cardiac arrest, 16-year-old Cidni brings a warrior's touch to the AF1 Fontanka. Bridging her love of sport with her love of family (yes, pets count), her design celebrates her favorite things. Colors rep her high school soccer team. The names of her pets grace the laces. And for added flavor, she included a graphic of her fave dish on the outsole: shrimp pasta.

Cidni uses a repeating heart motif throughout. From the perforations on the toe to the laces to the decorative metal hardware, she shows the power of a warrior's heart.

An avid soccer player, Cidni uses the colors of her high school soccer team throughout while mentioning the team name on the heel: Go Warriors!

Mom = Special Heart

Cidni's mother, Nikki, who saved Cidni's life on the soccer field by performing CPR, gets a special mention on the insole.
