The original Kobe 6 'All-Star' dropped in 2011 as part of a pack that celebrated Los Angeles, host city of that year's midseason exhibition game. The Kobe 6 Protro is a re-release of the outstanding colorway that Kobe wore on court (red and black dominant, reflecting that year's Western Conference uniform). Lower, sleeker and faster-looking than before, this time around the shoe is fitted with a large, flexible Zoom Air unit, responsive foam and scaled-down traction for improved court feel.
