The Nike Metcon 7 FlyEase refines stability and durability to stand up to the push and pull of serious strength training. Lightweight, responsive cushioning dials up the comfort during workouts that include lifting, high-intensity intervals—even sprints and short runs. The training shoe has a collapsible heel that lets you step in without using your hands then it snaps back up to secure your foot.

Stability Under Pressure

The wide, flat heel gets even more stable with an inner plate that distributes weight from edge to edge. It also flexes to make it comfortable for cardio intervals.

Spring in Your Step

Nike React foam makes a comfortable, cushioned base that feels lightweight and springy when you kick it into high gear for cardio and sprints.

Step-In Entry

Made with FlyEase technology, the shoe's flexible heel collapses when you step in then snaps back into place. There are laces, but you only have to tie them once.

Grip from All Angles

Revamped rubber wraps up your arch for intense grip during rope climbs. Rubber tread gives you traction from the training room floor to the pavement.
