The Nike Metcon 5 + celebrates the Metcon’s debut on the championship stage of competitive training. Combining Metcon strength and stability with optimistic design details, this special edition looks toward the shoe's positive future at the CrossFit Games.

Primed to Compete

This Metcon flips the colors of the original, creating a clean, bright upper to mark a future at the CrossFit Games yet unwritten. A brush-stroke plus symbol represents positive things to come on the competition floor.

Customized Stability

A low, flat and wide heel creates a sturdy base for lifting and high-impact sets. A Hyperlift insert adds height to help improve stability for squats, wall balls and thrusters.

Supportive Cushioning

Foam directly underfoot is firmer beneath the heel for a supportive feel and softer in the forefoot to cushion high-impact moves.
