Women's Training Shoe
STABLE, STRONG AND EASY TO SLIP ON.
The Metcon 5 FlyEase is built for athletes looking to get stronger with fewer distractions. It has all the benefits of the classic Metcon, plus an easy-entry design with no laces to tie or come undone during workouts. Just step in, strap down and you’re ready to train.
Easy Entry
The FlyEase system has an expandable collar that lets you easily slip your foot in. An adjustable strap crosses over the tongue and feeds through D-rings, so you can quickly secure the fit with one hand.
Strategic Stability
A low, flat, wide heel now features a removable Hyperlift insert that adds offset to help improve stability for squats, wall balls and thrusters.
Zoned Durability
A rubber sidewall wraps up the midfoot for abrasion-resistant grip for rope climbs.
Diverse Cushioning
Go from heavy lifts to burpees with tuned cushioning that’s firm in back and dynamic in front.

- A rubber sole grips the floor for moves like agility drills and sled pushes.
- A blend of lightweight materials delivers a comfortable everyday fit.
- Placeholder cushioning supports every step with a soft, responsive feel.
- Durable construction helps the product hold up to regular wear.
