Training Shoes
STABLE, STRONG AND EASY TO SLIP ON.
The Metcon 5 FlyEase is built for athletes looking to get stronger. It has all the benefits of the classic Metcon 5 with a new easy-entry design. No laces to tie or come untied during workouts. Just step in, strap down and you’re ready to train.
Easy Entry
The laceless FlyEase system has an expandable collar that creates an opening so you can easily slip in your foot. An adjustable strap crosses over the tongue and feeds through D-rings, so you can quickly secure the fit with one hand.
Strategic Stability
A low, flat, wide heel now features a removable Hyperlift insert that adds offset to help improve stability for squats, wall balls and thrusters.
Zoned Durability
A rubber sidewall wraps up the midfoot for abrasion-resistant grip for rope climbs.
Diverse Cushioning
Go from heavy lifts to burpees with tuned cushioning that’s firm in back and dynamic in front.

- Raised geometric pattern on the mesh enhances durability.
