Nike Metcon 6 X

STURDY, STABLE AND COOLER THAN EVER.

The Nike Metcon 6 X helps keep your foot cool when you're going full steam. It stands up to the push and pull of high-intensity workouts, delivering stability and durability. A true heritage design pieces together stand-out features from previous versions.

Greatest Hits

Driving design details from previous versions—like racing stripes, familiar prints and gilded heel clips—converge in a distinctly asymmetrical pair that celebrates the Metcon family tree.

The Coolest Metcon

Lightweight mesh keeps air flowing. A durable screen print reinforces the upper without sacrificing breathability.

Stability Under Weight

A low, flat and wide heel creates a stable base for weighted exercises. A removable Hyperlift insert lets you adjust the height under your heel from one set to the next.

Durable Traction

Rubber tread on the outsole and up the side of the shoe provides traction on the ground and grip when you're climbing a rope.

Versatile Cushioning

Foam is firmer under the heel for a secure feel and softer in the forefoot to cushion high-impact movement.
